• Automatically record calls* in the activity history of the caller's file.

• For the CloudCTI Zultys integration, the brand name Zultys Flex Connect is used.
How to connect
With Zultys Flex Connect, the CloudCTI functionality is integrated in the Zultys Flex Communicator. After your CRM integration has been completed, the caller recognition and screen pop will immediately become active.
