New: server side integrations

Recently we have added so-called server side integrations, which means that phone calls are passed on at the server level via the API of the CRM application. Nothing needs to be installed locally; the integration is thus independent of the operating system (Windows, MacOS, etc.) and is always 'on', even if no user is logged in, so that, for example, call recording also takes place then. A prerequisite is of course that the CRM application has an API that is suitable for this (Cloud API, events based on phone number, non-interactive authorization). Currently, these include Basenet, Oxolutions, RealWorks and FoodTEC CRM, but others will be added.
