New: CloudCTI offers a unique Teams-CRM integration with a native app in Teams. In combination with Teams Voice (Direct Routing and Operator Connect), incoming calls are recognized, data from the CRM is shown in Teams and a screen pop from the CRM can be generated directly from Teams.
