Setera Cloud Communications, that offers UC services globally for multinational companies and multisite national businesses on three continents, from offices in six cities and in sixty countries, has signed an agreement with CloudCTI to distribute cloud-based CRM-integrations on their Telepo-based business communications system as well as on Teams Calling. After comparing with competitors CloudCTI was chosen for outstanding technology, our broad range of integrations and flexibility, security, service and support management, architecture and roadmap. First worldwide customers will be implemented the coming weeks.
Also 𝝖𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮 𝗖𝝾𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝝾𝗻𝘀, providing MSP’s and resellers in Australia and New Zealand with Xelion-based UCaaS, stepped into a cooperation with CloudCTI to provide CRM-integrations to their customers after a thorough test and onboarding period.
